JOHN ASKEW & DJ 34 have joined forces to deliver a collab track titled "OSAKA" which is forthcoming VII on December 5th 2025, and to celebrate we are hosting a very ‘special’ RELEASE PARTY at Tokyo’s underground mecca, the chaotic energy-filled "OHJO Building" in the heart of Shinjuku’s Kabukicho!

Headlining this show is of course the legend himself JOHN ASKEW. John’s last appearance in Japan was October of last year for TRANCE ESSENTIALS presents Simon Patterson & John Askew at ZEROTOKYO which is still fresh in all of our memories.

For this upcoming Japan show, JOHN ASKEW will deliver a 3-hour extended set, plus a ‘special’ B2B set with Tokyo’s DJ 34!

OSAKA is their very first collab track, which is a genuine peak-time energy filled tech-trance track that will reverberate through the heart of Tokyo’s underground red-brick OHJO Building!!

The 1F RED LOUNGE floor is hosted by TRANCE ESSENTIALS who welcomes international artist NIKOLAUSS to headline the floor alongside special guest DOMINANT SPACE with strong local support by the entire Trance Essentials cast lead by Fumoffu, AEMI, TORUKK, ndk, aypch, Stardrive Ocean, and YOSHIMASA.

On the 2F we welcome back ANUBIS to OHJO BLDG. who will host “MAESTRO” with GOLPE who will be headlining the floor as the lead maestro behind the track “ANUBIS”, the very composition that has inspired this event. MESSIAHWAITS joins as the special guest conductor, weaving with layers of sound into a hypnotic sonic hard techno movement.

Supporting this assemble, Banzy brings together some of her most trusted local picks: MUSCLE BROTHERS, NoNo Thing, KAITO, TX-III, and DICE, with each a distinct instrument in the night’s grand opera.
